Siddharth and Tulika continue to live in a part of the building that was previously the summer cottage building which was the first RCC building outside Mount Abu built in 1989. Through the years, they have lovingly treated the resort and the gardens to charming additions to assure a more comfortable stay without losing the inherent the old woods charm and fusion of style and tastes that define Ratan Villas. Their investment, indeed their philosophy as is evocative of Rajasthani hospitality, has been to focus on enhancing their guests' experience rather than adding more rooms.
